Fun Agility

It doesn't matter what breed of dog you have or what experience they have, if they are over six months old we'd love them to get involved in our Fun Agility activities. From Chihuahas to Boxers and Bulldogs to Poodles...they all love agility!  In our agility sessions, it's not about winning or beating the clock, it's about you and your dog having a great time together.

Agility is a great way to build a dog's confidence, reinforce essential commands such as "come" and "stay" and provides a fantastic opportunity to bond and have fun with your dog. It provide great physical exercise, mental stimulation and fulfils many of their natural instincts.

Our group, one to one sessions and private parties are perfect if you're new to agility and fancy giving it a go.

Contact us if your dog is under six months or if you have any questions or if you want to find out more.  If a dog is under twelve months (or up to eighteen months for larger breeds) some equipment will not be appropriate, we will give guidance on this at the sessions.

If you want to see what we do for yourself, just pop along and view one of our activities in action - no appointment needed.

We would advise early booking to avoid disappointment.

If you'd like to try agility, but you are unable to make a group or your dog is not ready to be involved in a group environment, a Personal Agility Training session is a great choice.

This is particularly beneficial for dogs who are nervous or anxious, as it's a great confidence builder. It's also a great first step for dogs who are reactive around other dogs and for whom a group would be overwhelming

You will receive personal training where you will try out the different agility equipment safely, learn the rules for each one and run the course with your dog.

For up to four dogs and their handlers

Don't Just Take Our Word For It!

Karen and Phil are lovely people, clearly dog owners and excellent trainers. we attended Intro to Fun agility which our Cavapoo absolutely loved so much that we have continued his agility sessions at Agility Club. He has so much fun and Karen and Phil are always very encouraging even if Charlie isn't quite doing what he's supposed to be doing! I can highly recommend Blue Dog!"
Donna and Charlie the Cavapoo
Karen is very professional and explains why we do things which makes it easier for us to work with our dogs.
Can't wait for the next session, thanks again.
Erin and Dolly the Jack Russell
Karen is great and explains fully what you need to do and the reasons why you do it. Bailey loves his training and we will continue it at home. I would highly recommend Blue Dog Canine Services.
Tracey and Bailey the Labrador
Love these introduction to agility sessions with Karen and Phil and more importantly I think our Rocky absolutely loves them too.
Michelle and Rocky the Boxer
The agility session is about having fun with your dog which is exactly what we wanted!
Jen and George the Labrador
Great intro to agility for the dogs (and owners) in a nice informal setting.  After only a couple of sessions feel really positive about how things are going.

Karen is calm, patient and gives clear instructions at each stages.  We're loving it!
Debs and Oscar the Cockerpoo
I like the relaxed nature of the sessions, no-one feels they are not up to standard.
