Terms and Conditions of Group Activity Bookings

When you book a place at one of our group activities Terms and Conditions apply.

You are required to complete a secure online registration form as soon as possible so that we have all the information we need in advance of the session. This also means that we have your contact details so we can get in touch with you if we need to. If this is not received in advance of the session, you may be unable to participate.

Important Information If You Are Coming To A Group Activity

Please also read this important information before coming along to any of our sessions.

Please bring proof of vaccinations and a straight lead rather than an extendable. We do not permit the use of half choke or full choke chains or slip leads for the safety of the dog.

Wearing a harness is recommended for all of our sessions and is mandatory for some.  These sessions are Fun Agility, Baby Come Back and Walk This Way, because of the nature of these activities.  

If you do not have a harness please contact us and we can make arrangements for you to lend one.  If your dog is unable to wear a harness please contact us and we can look at options available.

How To Book And Pay

You can pay for activities quickly and securely via our online store.  If you don't have a Pay Pal account you can check out as a guest and use a credit or debit card.

Please contact us about alternative ways to pay.

Once payment is received we will send you a link to a secure online booking form which you are required to complete and return prior to the activity.
